About “Best-Selling” Claims

Almost every RV manufacturer claims a best-seller somewhere in its lineup, and almost none of those claims are independently audited. They are marketing, usually based on factory shipments rather than actual registrations.

We attribute them that way. Where a claim is backed by registration data, like the Keystone Cougar as the top-selling fifth wheel in North America per Statistical Surveys, we say so. Where it is a manufacturer statement, we say that instead.

This matters because a high-volume model has a bigger pool of buyers searching for it by name, which affects both how fast it sells and what it brings.

Value ranges are modeled estimates derived from original MSRP and published depreciation curves for this RV class. They are directional guidance, not a valuation of your RV, which depends on condition, mileage, options, and local demand.
