These terms govern your use of this website. By using it, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What this service is, and what it is not

RV Listed is a marketing and referral service. We provide information about selling recreational vehicles and connect RV owners with licensed dealers who handle consignment sales.

To be explicit about what we do not do:

• We are not a licensed vehicle dealer or broker, and we do not hold ourselves out as one
• We do not buy, sell, trade, or take ownership of recreational vehicles
• We do not take possession of, store, transport, or show any vehicle
• We do not negotiate sale terms, set prices, or act as your agent in a sale
• We do not receive, hold, or disburse funds in connection with any sale
• We do not perform vehicle appraisals or issue offers to purchase
• We do not charge sellers any fee for using this website

Any sale of your RV is a transaction between you and a licensed dealer, under a separate agreement between you and that dealer. We are not a party to it. Read any consignment agreement carefully before signing, and consider having an attorney review it.

Everything on this website is general information. It is not legal advice, tax advice, financial advice, or a professional appraisal, and no relationship of that kind is created by using the site or contacting us.

This applies specifically to our descriptions of state title, lien, registration, and tax requirements. Those requirements vary by state and change over time. Confirm current rules with your state motor vehicle agency or a qualified professional before completing any sale.

Value estimates are not offers

Any value range discussed is an estimate based on comparable sales and market conditions. It is not an appraisal, an offer to purchase, or a guarantee of sale price.

Value ranges are modeled estimates derived from original MSRP and published depreciation curves for this RV class. They are directional guidance, not a valuation of your RV, which depends on condition, mileage, options, and local demand.

Value ranges shown on model, type, and brand pages are modeled from published manufacturer pricing and industry depreciation curves. They describe general market patterns for a category of vehicle. They are not a valuation of any specific RV, and no one should rely on them as one.

No guarantee of sale

We cannot guarantee that any RV will sell, or that it will sell within a particular time frame or at a particular price.

We also do not guarantee that any particular dealer will accept your RV for consignment, or offer any particular terms.

Information you submit

You agree that information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are the owner of the RV described, or authorized to act for the owner. You agree not to submit another person’s contact information without their permission.

By submitting the form you agree that we may share your information with a licensed partner dealer for the purpose of responding to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Third-party names and trademarks

Manufacturer and model names on this site, including but not limited to Keystone, Jayco, Grand Design, Forest River, Winnebago, Airstream, Thor, and Coachmen, are trademarks of their respective owners. We reference them only to describe the vehicles owners may want to sell. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any RV manufacturer.

Accuracy and availability

We work to keep this site accurate, but we do not warrant that it is error-free, complete, or current. Market data, depreciation figures, and state requirements change. The site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RV Listed will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of this website or of any referral made through it, including any dispute between you and a dealer, any outcome of a sale or attempted sale, or any reliance on information published here.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent version.
